SMOKING AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY The hotel is 100% smoke free. There is designated smoking area only in the bar area and roof top. Any damage caused by smoking (of any substance) will be charged for accordingly. Any damage of property (inside the room or outside the room) caused by negligence of guest will be charged for accordingly.
ALCOHOL Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those below 21 years old. (With valid identification). As we are fully licensed, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the hotel to consume in their room(s). Any alcohol brought from onto the premises will have a corkage charge applied of 500.00 per bottle and this is by explicit prior arrangement only.
AGE REQUIREMENT Guests must be 18 years or older with valid government issued identification to reserve and check in to a guestroom.
EARLY ARRIVAL Guests who check in to the hotel prior to their scheduled arrival date are subject to an early Arrival fee of one night.
OCCUPANCY An extra person charge will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Extra beds are chargeable however subject to availability. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for baby cots in the room Extra Bed Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately.
PETS Pets Are Not Allowed to bring in the hotel Premises. DEBIT/CREDIT CARD Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
PAYMENT POLICY If paying with cash; a deposit equal to the room, tax and Nrs.2500 per day towards incidentals will be collected at check-in. For payment arrangements with a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's reservations department.
CANCELLATION POLICY Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. In the event of cancellation, any deposit paid will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge in full for any reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date and will do this especially in high season.
CAR PARKING The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any guest’s vehicle or its contents whilst situated on the hotel grounds.
HAZARDOUS GOODS Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Management's Rights It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
