  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our Standard Check on time is 14:00pm and  check-out 12:00 (noon)
  • How many rooms can be booked at a time?
    We offer 3 Superior King bed rooms with balcony 3 superior rooms,13 deluxe rooms with attached bathrooms and 15 twin rooms with attached bathrooms. You can book all of them as long as they are not occupied. If you have additional questions concerning the room reservation do feel free to call the hotel for more information.
  • How do I pay for my booking?

    The payment process varies depending on the payment option that you select: Payment via the website or Payment at the hotel that allows you to make direct payment of your reservation once you arrive.

  • Can I bring my pet?
    Pets are not allowed.
  • I haven’t received a booking confirmation, what should I do?

  • Is parking available at the hotel?
    We provide secure parking spaces, free of charge for our guests which are subject to availability and on a first occupied basis.
  • Do you offer nonsmoking rooms?
    Our hotel does not allow smoking inside their guest rooms, may provide a smoking area outside the hotel’s physical building or in the Bar.
  • Do you charge for room cancellations?

    The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 40% of the room rate as a cancellation fee.

  • Are medical services available at hotel?
    We offer the great comfort that comes with the knowledge that the hotel has first aid medical healthcare service.
  • How can I check availability for hotel rooms?
    Please contact the hotel or you can also go through our website to check on availability and pricing for available rooms.
  • Is internet connection possible?
    We offer free wi-fi with a high-speed internet connection in both guest rooms and public areas. You can receive a username and password from the front desk.
